At Queen & Co, we take pride in the quality of every piece we create.
Change of Mind
We offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery for eligible items returned in original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
Please note:

Refunds are not offered for change of mind

Promotional, sale, layering set, personalised, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for return

Exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanged items are not eligible for refund
Faulty Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where an item is faulty, significantly not as described, or has a major manufacturing defect.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@queenandcollection.com.au before returning the item.
Warranty
All Queen & Co pieces include a 6-month manufacturing warranty covering verified manufacturing faults only.
This warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear

Mishandling or accidental damage

Tarnishing due to improper care

Lost stones, charms, or components

Damage caused by external force or misuse
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all exchanges and non-faulty returns

Approved faulty item return postage will be reimbursed after inspection and approval
