All jewellery orders will be dispatched by Queen and Collection within 1 business day of order receipt.

Each customer will receive an order, shipping and tracking number for each delivery. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day*.

Should you wish to make any changes to your order you must contact Q&C by email at info@queenandcollection.com.au the following business day otherwise the shipping charges will apply.
